Policy
Our policy is to provide, administer and maintain a swimming pool and programs to serve the broad demographic of age groups, skill levels and abilities of the residents within the community.
Structure
Various leagues exist to provide competitive swim teams for age groups, skill levels, and abilities.
Resident team participation
Teams are formed to allow swimming residents to experience competitive swimming. For these residents to swim competitively at their prescribed level, there is a fluctuating need for swimmers from outside the community to fill the team rosters with swimmers of equal ability.
Non-resident team participation
The Association allows limited non-resident participation in the form of non-resident swim team memberships. For a fee, a non-resident individual swim team membership allows the member use of the swim facilities during team events only.  Non-resident swim team members participate in team/league play and are vital to ensuring adequate numbers of players required to field a team when there are an insufficient number of residents at the appropriate skill level.
Combined teams
All teams may consist of both resident and non-resident members.  Captains and Co-Captains of each team are encouraged to equally balance the swimming frequency of resident and non-resident team members throughout the course of the league season.
