Policy
 Mooring whips of a neutral color (white or grey) are permitted subject to approval of the approving authority. Mooring whips will not be approved if the position of the boat extending further into the Harbor is considered a hazard to navigation of other boats in the area. Mooring whips will not be permitted at the Marina.

What to submit
 Property owners submit these documents to the ARB for approval…

  1. Dock, Lift, Piling, Bulkhead Application & Permit (QHFORM 5000/4).
  2. checks for the review fee, CIF and deposit. See QHRRP 5000-020 (Schedule of Fees).
  3. on a new or existing survey indicate with an ‘X’ or an arrow where each mooring whip will be installed.
  4. brochure or picture of the whip.
  5. picture of the existing dock.
