 Any dock features (i.e., lamp posts, storage (dock) boxes, electrical pedestals, furniture, fixtures, equipment, etc.) that is permanently fastened to the dock are permitted subject to approval of the approving authority.

 Property owners submit these documents to the ARB for approval…

  1. Dock, Lift, Piling, Bulkhead Application & Permit (QHFORM 5000/4).
  2. checks for the review fee, CIF and deposit. See QHRRP 5000-020 (Schedule of Fees).
  3. brochure or picture of the feature to be installed.
