Policy
All building sites must have a dumpster for trash and debris.  All dumpsters must…

  • be registered with the POA office (this includes dumpsters used on projects which may not require ARB approval such as interior renovations and maintenance) by submitting a Dumpster, Trash and Debris Agreement (QHFORM 5000/7).
  • be delivered 24 hours before work begins and removed within 5 days of completion.
  • be emptied when container reaches full capacity.
  • have a minimum ¾” thick plywood, of sufficient size, be placed under the container to prevent the roll-off container’s wheels from contacting the street at any time, including delivery and removal.
  • not be left on the street.
  • be emptied and securely covered if the weather report indicates the projected path (entire cone) of the hurricane will target our area.  See QHRRP 5000-158 (Hurricane Procedures).

Note:  The blue dumpster permit issued by the POA Office must be posted prior to and during construction. Failure to do so may result in a fine.

Fees
See QHRRP 5000-020 (Schedule of Fees).  Also see 5000-015 (Review & Construction Impact Fees (CIF) and Deposits).
