Notification |
Any owner whose residence is destroyed or damaged by fire or other casualty shall promptly contact the Property Manager. |
Responsibility |
The damaged property shall be repaired, restored, or demolished by the Owner.
If the damage renders the home is uninhabitable or the damage is so substantial that the Owner determines not to rebuild, the Owner shall clear the debris and have the Lot leveled within 60 days from the date of destruction. See QHRRP 5000-125 (Damaged or Condemed Lots or Homes). |
