Policy
In the event….

  • of damage or destruction to any portion of a Lot or home due to casualty, natural events, condemnation, or conveyance in lieu thereof, the damaged property shall be repaired or restored by the owner.
  • that the damage, destruction, or condemnation renders the improvements uninhabitable, or the damage is so substantial that the owner determines not to rebuild the improvements on the lot or home, the owner shall clear the debris and have the Lot leveled within 60 days from the date of destruction and shall thereafter maintain the lot in a clean and sanitary condition.
What to submit
If the property owner renders the damage is so substantial that the owner determines not to rebuild, then submit these documents to the ARB for approval…

  1. House Demolition Application (QHFORM 5000/3).
  2. checks for the review fee, CIF and deposit.  See QHRRP 5000-020 (Schedule of Fees).
