Text messages
Text messages will be used to notify property owners and residents only when providing information about occurrences on QH common property that requires immediate property owner or resident attention.

Note:  If you become aware of an emergency situation, notify these entities in this order…

  1. Call 911, if appropriate.
  2. Access Control, 904.896.2152.
  3. Property Manager, 904.221.8859.  Outside of normal POA office hours, call 904.273.9832.
Text message recipients
Property owners and residents who have a user profile defined on the Association’s website (qhycc.com), and who have defined in that profile, a mobile phone number for text notifications, are eligible to receive text messages sent by the Association. Property owners and residents can opt out of receiving text messages by deleting the number from their profile.

Who authorizes text messages?
Here is who can authorize sending a text message…

  • Property Manager
  • The BOD President, or in his absence, the BOD Vice President
  • Communications Director

Note:  All efforts will be made for at least two of the above to agree the text message is necessary and make sure the facts are correct before the text message is sent.
