User profiles

User profiles will be used to define user access, store user contact information, and collect optional demographic information.
- User access is assigned by website administration and can only be modified by a website admin. Access categories include administrators, property owners, property management staff, resident tenants, and external entities such as marina lessees, and outside tennis members/
- Contact information in the user profile includes telephone numbers, email address, mailing address if different from property address, text number for emergency notifications. Users can update this information whenever necessary.
- Optional demographic information about property owners includes such items as hobbies and interests, profession, employment status, etc. used for Association planning purposes.
