The Property Manager is responsible for the administration of procurement and for developing procurement procedures that conform to this policy and for ensuring compliance with the policy. Association procurements shall be carried out in accordance with this Policy and any other relevant policies and procedures adopted by the Association. The Property Manager shall not delegate implementation of the procurement policies and procedures without the express permission of the Executive Committee. |
