 To safeguard and provide strong financial management of Queen’s Harbour Yacht & Country Club Owners Association community assets and common properties, the Board of Directors, exercising the authority granted to it in the QHYCC Article of Incorporation, CCRE and Bylaws with its stipulations, has established the following Authority to Commit Funds Policy.
