This letter serves to notify you that on ____________ (date) the QHYCC Board of Directors met to review accounts more than 90 days delinquent.  As a result of this meeting, pursuant to Florida Statute 720.305 and the QHYCC governing documents, your voting rights have been suspended for the non-payment of a monetary obligation(s) due to the Association, which remains more than 90 days delinquent.   Please note that this suspension may be cleared with the payment in full of all monetary obligations owed to the QHYCC.
