Candidates will be allotted three minutes each to introduce themselves and speak to their qualifications. |

Questions from the property owners will begin after all candidate introductions. |

Property owners that would like to ask questions of the candidates should raise their hand, wait to be acknowledge by the moderator, state their name and if possible, stand to ask their question. |

In order to provide the opportunity for all property owners to engage with the candidates, property owners will be limited to two questions per acknowledgement and must be directed to a specific candidate.
As an example:
- One question directed to two different candidates,
- Two different questions directed to the same candidate,
- Two different questions, one each directed to two different candidates.

After all property owners had the opportunity to ask their set of two questions and with time permitting a second/third round of questions may take place. |

Closing remarks by candidates. Closing remarks will be limited to 3 minutes per candidate.
Note: Candidates that would like to respond to a question that was not directed to them can make note of the question and include their response at the end of the meeting during their closing remarks period. |
