Policy
Here are the general rules for pickleball and multiuse guests…

  • Residents may bring a maximum of three (3) guests per day to play pickleball and/or multiuse.
  • Individual pickleball and multiuse guests are limited to a maximum of three (3) visits per calendar year.
  • All pickleball and multiuse guests must be accompanied by their resident host.
  • The resident host must register each pickleball or multiuse guest through the Court Reserve app.
  • Visiting family members (defined below) are not considered outside guests, and when temporarily visiting at a Queen’s Harbour home may use the pickleball and multiuse courts when accompanied by the resident.
Definition: Family member
Definition of a Family Member:

  • A resident’s spouse or domestic partner.
  • A child, stepchild, or grandchild of the resident or their spouse/domestic partner.
  • A parent or grandparent of the resident or their spouse/domestic partner.
  • A sibling of the resident and their spouse/domestic partner.
  • Aunts, Uncles or Cousins of the resident.
Record keeping
The POA office will maintain a record via the Court Reserve app of all pickleball and multiuse guest registrations, including the host name, the guest’s name, and the date.
Violations
Failure to adhere to this policy may result in penalties, including but not limited to temporary suspension of pickleball and multiuse court privileges.
