Note:

1. A resident is defined as a Queen’s Harbour lot owner/homeowner on record or a resident renting a home under a lease.
2. The community pavilion, multipurpose room, lanai, multipurpose room/lanai, or harbor picnic area may not be used to sell goods and/or services or conduct fundraisers whether for profit or charity.  Only POA sanctioned events as authorized by the BOD may use QH facilities to sell goods and/or services or conduct fundraisers.

Rules

• Parents are responsible for the care of and conduct of their children.
• Guests of a resident may not remain in the community pavilion, multipurpose room/lanai if the resident is not present.
• The use of abusive or profane language is strictly prohibited.
• Music sound level shall be regulated so that no music shall be heard beyond the Community Center area or past the Harbour Lock area.
• All persons must follow the instructions of Access Control and all management staff.
• QHYCC reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or eject from the community pavilion, multipurpose room/lanai or harbor picnic area premises, any persons failing to comply with any of the above rules.
• The Association is not responsible for any money or property losses sustained by property owners or their tenants or their guests.
• Additional rules/safety policies will be given to residents upon registering for usage of the facilities.

Note:  The harbor picnic area does not require a reservation.
