Policy
 Per CCRE Article XI, Section 11.5(e) (as amended), the lagoon system is operated solely for boating use.  In the lagoon, property owners and tenants are prohibited from….

  • swimming
  • fishing
  • any form of recreation or other activity involving direct contact with the water

Note:  Swimming and fishing in the lakes and ponds is also prohibited.
Violation
 Violations may result in a fine being levied against the offending property owner by the Association.
