Reference |
CCRE Article XII |
Definition |
A guest is anyone who is not a lot owner or not a slip renter at the Marina. |
Guest vessels |
Vessels owned by guests must notify the Harbormaster twelve (12) hours in advance of the vessel’s arrival, giving the following information…
Note: Eligibility of guest vessels to enter the lagoon will be determined by the Harbormaster. |
Length of stay |
Guest vessels must arrive during normal daylight hours in order to register with the Harbormaster and sign the Short-Term Slip Rental Agreement if staying at The Marina. Guest vessels may remain in the lagoon a maximum of 10 days in each six-month period. |
Accommodations |
Every effort will be made to accommodate guests of property owners if space is available. The Harbormaster will reserve a slip at The Marina and bill the property owner, not the guest, unless other arrangements are made.
Guests who are not guests of property owners must pay upon entering the lagoon. Note: The Harbor office cannot accept credit cards; therefore, payment must be by check made payable to Queen’s Harbour Yacht and Country Club Owners Association. Charges for guest vessels moored at the Marina are set by the Board of Directors and are subject to revision from time to time. |
Subletting and leasing |
Property owners may not sublet or lease private dock space. |
