Motor vessels moored in Queen’s Harbour, at either a private dock or at The Marina, must display a current State registration decal. Motor vessels must display a current registration decal to use the lock and Lagoon facilities.
A vessel moored at a private dock must be fully or partially owned by the property owner and documentation of ownership and insurance, naming all owners as insured, must be on file with the Harbormaster. |
Insurance |
Proof of a minimum of $300,000 of liability insurance, naming as insured all owners, must be presented to the Harbormaster for any vessel moored at any dock in the Queen’s Harbour lagoon system. This insurance must be verified annually, with a copy maintained on file at the Harbormaster Office.
Owners of vessels failing to obtain insurance coverage will not be allowed use of the lock and lagoon system. Uninsured vessels must be removed from the lagoon. |
