Commercial activities within the lagoon system are strictly prohibited. The use of any vessel for the transport of freight, or for the transport of personnel who are not engaged in recreational boating, constitutes “commercial activity,” regardless of whether money or other considerations are exchanged. Exceptions (such as transport of supplies for dock construction) require the express approval of the Harbormaster. |
