Purpose
To ensure the safe, proper, and lawful use and enjoyment of the Queen’s Harbour Lagoon System per CCRE Article XII.  In the event of a conflict between the QHRRP and CCRE, the latter shall control.
Definition
The terms “Lagoon System,” “Lagoon,” and “Harbor” are used interchangeably.  The terms “property owner” and “owner” are used interchangeably and are meant generally to include Queen’s Harbour property owners, vessel operators, and their guests.
Disclaimer
The use of the Harbor complex, including its facilities and premises, is at the sole risk of the vessel owner. It is expressly understood and agreed by the vessel owner for himself and on behalf of the vessel owner’s party that QHYCC and/or its contract employees shall not be liable to the vessel owner or any of the vessel owner’s party for any loss, damage or injury to persons (including death) or to property, including the vessel, her contents, gear, equipment and/or appurtenances, whether such loss, damage, injury or death is due to fire, theft, vandalism, collision, windstorm, hurricane, wakes, act of God, failure of QHYCC equipment or vehicles, or any other cause or causes, whether attributable to or contributed to by the negligence of other vessel owners, QHYCC or its contract employees, or otherwise.  In no event shall QHYCC or its contract employees be liable for any economic loss, irrespective of its foreseeability, its cause or the resulting damage.
