- the Association may enforce a maritime lien against the vessel, her appurtenances and contents for all unpaid sums due for the slip lease and all costs of collection including court costs and attorney.
- if full payment is not received before the account is 5 calendar months Past Due, the Owner’s Association will follow the Florida State Maritime Statutes and take all appropriate legal action which may include sale of the vessel where permissible.

(May be sent by the Association’s attorneys) – If the account is still delinquent after 5 calendar months Past Due and 60 days past owner notification of intent to initiate Florida Statute 328.17, and such action is approved by the Board, the vessel owner will be notified that the Owner’s Association will follow Florida Statute 328.17 and take all appropriate legal action which may include sale of the vessel where permissible. |
