Florida Friendly Landscaping (FFL)
Policy
 Before installing new or changing existing landscape lighting for walkways, driveways, flowerbeds, etc., a plan must be submitted to the ARB for review and approval. No accent lighting shall be placed in the right-of- way.  Landscape lighting in trees is also prohibited.
What to submit
 Property owners submit these documents to the ARB for approval…

  1. Architectural Review Application (QHFORM 5000/1).
  2. checks for the review fee, CIF and deposit.  See QHRRP 5000-020 (Schedule of Fees).
  3. plan showing the location and type of lights to be used.
