Policy
 Walkways must be installed as to not restrict or impede the designed flow of drainage. No pavers, concrete or other impermeable material may be installed within 3’ of the side and rear property lines of the property, except for walkways to a dock on the harbor.

Walkways should incorporate the use of brick, stone or concrete pavers. Pavers size, color and pattern must match existing hardscape installations.
What to submit
 Property owners submit these documents to the ARB for approval…

  1. Architectural Review Application (QHFORM 5000/1).
  2. checks for the review fee, CIF and deposit.  See QHRRP 5000-020 (Schedule of Fees).
  3. a survey with the existing main house structure, pools, fences, etc., shown and the proposed patio or patio deck location drawn on the survey to scale.
  4. complete set of building plans for the walkway.
  5. samples of all exterior materials
  6. Photo of the area where the proposed walkway will be installed.
  7.  landscape plan. See QHRRP 5000-335 (Landscape Plan Submission Requirements).
