Solar panels and other energy conservation devices are not prohibited nor discouraged. All solar panels and other energy conservation devices are subject to approval of the ARB to ensure the design and appearances of such devices are consistent with neighborhood aesthetics. Piping must be the same color as the underlying structure.
Note: Per Florida Statute 720.3045, owners and their tenants may install, display, or store any items on a parcel which are not visible from the parcel’s frontage or an adjacent parcel, including, but not limited to, artificial turf, boats, flags, vegetable gardens, clotheslines, and recreational vehicles. |
