In accordance with CCRE Article XIV, Section 14.1, the Association is responsible to maintain and repair sidewalks (referred to as “right-of-way) adjacent to any lot.
Note: Parking of any vehicle or equipment, in any manner, that interferes with pedestrian use of a sidewalk is prohibited. |
