Policy
 Rain barrels to collect rainwater for landscape watering and irrigation purposes are permitted subject to approval of the ARB.

Decorative barrels in neutral shades are preferred. Every effort should be made to minimize the appearance of a rain barrel.
What to submit
 Property owners submit these documents to the ARB for approval…

  1. Architectural Review Application (QHFORM 5000/1).
  2. checks for the review fee, CIF and deposit. See QHRRP 5000-020 (Schedule of Fees).
  3. picture of proposed location of the rain barrel on property.
  4. brochure or picture of proposed rain barrel.
