The ARB…
- is to be notified prior to any land clearing of any lot. Once notified, the ARB will make immediate arrangements to perform a field inspection prior to land clearing to verify that all trees to remain on the lot are properly tagged. The trees to be removed are to be tagged with red tape.
- will issue the required permit following the inspection. Immediately following land clearing, the ARB will again perform a field inspection to verify that the proper trees are remaining, and no additional trees were removed. Trees found to be removed without approval are subject to fines and or mitigation.
Note: The orange permit issued by the ARB must be posted prior to any land clearing and during construction. Failure to do so may result in a fine. |
