Policy
 Physical door changes and existing door color changes are permitted subject to ARB approval.  The ARB is responsible for all exterior related items on a property and any changes to those items must be approved.
What to submit
 Property owners submit these documents to the ARB for approval…

physical door changes
  1. Architectural Review Application (QHFORM 5000/1).
  2. checks for the review fee, CIF and deposit.  See QHRRP 5000-020 (Schedule of Fees).
  3. picture of home and existing door so ARB can match style and color to home.
  4. brochure or picture of proposed front door and hardware.
