Policy
Except as provided in Florida Statute 720.3045 and as permitted in Unit 30 (Providence Island), no dwelling unit shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted to remain on any lot in Queen’s Harbour other than one detached single-family residence.

The square footage requirements for homes in each Unit of Queen’s Harbour are set forth in QHRRP 5000-203 (Setbacks and Minimum Square Footage Requirements). Such square footage floor area is exclusive of open or screen porches, patios, terraces, garages, etc.

Each dwelling unit shall have a private or enclosed garage for not less than 2 or more than 4 cars unless otherwise approved by the ARB.  Oversized garages for the storage of commercial or recreational vehicles will not be permitted unless approved by the ARB.

Note:  Per Florida Statute 720.3045, owners and their tenants may install, display, or store any items on a parcel which are not visible from the parcel’s frontage or an adjacent parcel, including, but not limited to, artificial turf, boats, flags, vegetable gardens, clotheslines, and recreational vehicles.
