No artificial grass, plants, or other artificial vegetation shall be placed or maintained upon the exterior portion of any residential parcel except as provided in Florida Statute 720.3045.
Note: Per Florida Statute 720.3045, owners and their tenants may install, display, or store any items on a parcel which are not visible from the parcel’s frontage or an adjacent parcel, including, but not limited to, artificial turf, boats, flags, vegetable gardens, clotheslines, and recreational vehicles. |
