Purpose |
The purpose is to provide clarifying information regarding the final inspection process. |
Finished projects |
Once the project is completed (on or before permit expiration date, including extensions) and ready for final inspection, the property owner must send to the ARB Coordinator via email…

Final inspection preparation |
Once the ARB Coordinator has received a photograph of the completed project from the property owner, the ARB Coordinator will complete and forward to the ARB the final inspection form (QHFORM 5000/9). The ARB will schedule the final inspection. |
Final inspection |
Once the property owner is notified of the time and date of final inspection, the ARB will perform an inspection of the project to ensure that the project was completed including any requirements that were stipulated per the approved application.
Note: Allow 30 days to receive deposit refund. |
