CCRE Article VI, Section 6.20, as amended

Florida Statutes 720.305

Background
The original Rules and Regulations were codified in November 1989, as part of the Declaration that was signed and approved when the community was established.  All rights, remedies and enforcement procedures set forth in the Declaration may be invoked to assure compliance with these Rules and the Declaration’s provisions for the payment of assessments.

After the recording of the Declaration, Florida Statutes 720 was adopted, which outline the obligations of Association members, and provides for certain remedies for violations, including the levy of fines and suspension of certain use rights.

Applicability
All property owners, residents, tenants, and their guests are expected to comply with the Rules and Regulations and are subject to the enforcement.
