Prohibited

• vehicles parked on streets or common property between 2:00am and 7:00am without prior approval from the Property Manager.
• vehicles parked on the community roads where NO PARKING signs are installed.
• vehicles parked facing the opposite direction of the flow of traffic.
• vehicles blocking a driveway/sidewalk.
• portable storage units (PODs, Dumpster, etc..).
• vehicle repairs.

Note:  Automobiles or other vehicles (e.g., commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, motorcycles, golf carts, oversized or special vehicles) are not allowed to park on grass areas, mulched areas, or any natural area of common property.
