No commercial door-to-door solicitations are permitted. |
Exception |
Limited youth organization fundraising activities, including, but not limited to Girl and Boy Scouts, may only be done by property owners’ immediate family members. |
Reporting |
Any property owner observing solicitation activities, other than described above, should notify the Access Control Patrol at 904.896.2152. If a solicitor leaves a business card, please provide the information to the POA office at 904.221.8859. |
Violation |
Violations may result in a fine being levied against the offending property owner by the Association and/or the solicitor may no longer be permitted access into the community. |
