Companies and individuals that are providing services on the outside of properties and homes in Queen’s Harbour must comply with all applicable rules and regulations.  Contractors are required to…

  • have employees wear shirts.
  • avoid blowing grass clippings in streets, the Lagoon and ponds, and storm water drains.
  • not block intersections and roadways from access by personal and emergency vehicles.
Days and times for service
Contractors are permitted to be on property from…

  • 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday.

Contractors are not permitted to work in Queen’s Harbour on Sundays or on recognized holidays except for emergencies…

Recognized holidays in Queen’s Harbour are…

  • New Years Eve Day.
  • New Years Day.
  • Memorial Day.
  • Independence Day.
  • Labor Day.
  • Thanksgiving Day.
  • Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day.
Exceptions
Service providers are allowed to provide their services on recognized holidays when 100% of their work is done inside an occupied home or pool enclosure.

  • Caterers.
  • party planners.
  • deliveries of party supplies.
  • wait staff.
  • house cleaning personnel.
  • pool maintenance personnel.
  • exterior set up of party tents, chairs and children bounce houses.
Emergencies
Emergencies are defined as life threatening situations, utility emergencies or those incurring significant property damage to adjoining properties or those that will pose a danger to the affected properties (such as sink holes).
Violation
Violations may result in a fine being levied against the offending property owner by the Association.
