  • painting.
  • repairing.
  • replacing and caring for roofs, gutters, downspouts.
  • exterior building surfaces.
  • landscape (trees, shrubs, grass, walks). See QHRRP 5000-345 (Maintenance)
  • other exterior improvements.
Lot maintenance requirements
 All lots are to be kept free and clear of any tools, equipment, litter, sports equipment not actively in use (exception:  portable basketball hoops), debris and/or trash of any kind.
Violation
 Violations may result in a fine being levied against the offending property owner by the Association.
