Minimum lease period
Property owners may only lease their properties to tenants who will live in them (no commercial use) for a period of no less than 6 months.
Compliance
The property owner is responsible for the tenant’s compliance with all appropriate rules, regulations, ordinances, etc.
Needed documents
Prior to tenant moving in, the property owner must provide this to the Property Manager…

  • Property Lease Application (QHFORM 3000/1)
  • Copy of lease agreement.
  • Refundable damage deposit of $2,000 payable to the Association at the time of submission of the Property Lease Application.  The deposit is not refundable should the lease terminate prior to lease expiration date.
Violation
Violations may result in a fine being levied against the offending property owner by the Association.
