For parties, meetings, and other gatherings at private residences where non-resident guests are expected, the host property owner or their tenant shall register all non-resident vehicle drivers using the cell phone application (mobile app) provided by the Queen’s Harbour Access Control vendor or by dialing 904.664.9544. Party guests are expected to adhere to all rules of the Association. |
Parking assistance |
If your party is large enough to require additional parking beyond the driveway capacity, the host will be responsible for securing parking assistance and all costs of the additional assistance including extra Access Control or JSO personnel. |
No open gate |
Owners are not permitted to have an “open gate” for an event. Parties, meeting and other gatherings may not be held on Queen’s Harbour streets or other Common Property unless prior permission is granted in writing from the Property Manager. |
Violation |
Violations may result in a fine being levied against the offending property owner by the Association. |
