Here the rules for conducting an open house…
- On the day of and prior to the start of the open house, the realtor must provide their name, a contact phone number, the address of the open house, and the scheduled ending time for the event, to the Access Control vendor at the gate.
- The homeowner or their realtor must be always physically at the home during the event.
- Signs of all kinds are not permitted on Queen’s Harbour property along Atlantic Blvd.
- Realtors may provide copies of directions to the open house at the Access Control vendor at the gate for distribution.
- With appropriate notice on the day of the open house, the Access Control vendor at the gate will ask the driver of the vehicle seeking to attend the open house for a valid driver’s license and the street address of the open house. If the visitor does not know the address of the open house, the visitor will be denied entry. If the driver does not have a valid driver’s license, they will be denied entry.
- Parking is allowed on the street, with all vehicles facing the direction of normal traffic. The Patrol Officer is authorized to immediately terminate the open house if parking causes an unsafe condition or if some other nuisance occurs.
- Balloons are not permitted.
