Coverage |
Nothing shall be done or kept on any property that will increase the rate for the insurance covering the Property. No Owner shall permit anything to be done or kept on his/her property which will result in the cancellation of insurance on the Property or any other property or which would be in violation of any law. |
Violation |
Violations may result in a fine being levied against the offending property owner by the Association. |
