What is damage?
Damage to Common Property includes…

  • damage to grass, soil, and landscaping.
  • placement of trash, yard waste, tree trimmings and large cut fallen trees from hurricanes and storms on Common Property except on the right of way between the resident’s property and the street.
  • physical damage to any common property building, structure, or sign.
Who pays for damage?
When the Common Property is damaged because of the wilful or negligent acts of a property owner, tenants, family, guests or invitees, contractors such damage shall be repaired by the Association and the cost thereof shall be paid via a special assessment against the property owner.
