The Association and its contractors are permitted to enter upon private lots (improved and unimproved) for the purpose of accessing drainage easements or swales contained within the lot. |
Prior notice |
Prior notice will be given to the property owner at least one day before entry, however if there is no response, entry will proceed as planned.
No entry into residences, garages or gated and locked areas will be undertaken except in compliance with applicable laws. |
