- maintain, repair, replace, operate, and manage the Common Property, including the right to reconstruct improvements after casualty and to further improve and add to the Common Property.
- contract for the management of the property and, in connection therewith, to delegate any and/or all the powers and duties of the Association to such management agent to the extent and in the manner permitted by the Declaration and the Bylaws.
- develop multi-year maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement plans for all owners association common property and grounds.
