Interferes |
No person may engage in any activity, which interferes with the Queen’s Harbour drainage system (creeks, ditches, dry retention areas, marsh, lakes, ponds, swales, etc.).
Per QHRRP 5000-227 (Storm Water Retention Lakes) no docks of any type may be placed on the storm water retention lake bordered by Units 25, 26 and 27 nor may any watercraft of any type be used in the storm water retention lake abutting these units. The storm water retention lake is not permitted for recreational use. |
Bank erosion control |
In order to prevent further erosion of the banks of the Queen’s Harbour drainage system (creeks, ditches, dry retention areas, marsh, lakes, ponds, swales, etc.), the following activities are prohibited…
Note: All owners of lots on Queen’s Harbour drainage systems are required to stabilize their banks and should contact the Property Manager with any questions as to proper erosion management. See QHRRP 5000-164 (Lagoon Lot Erosion Control). |
What’s not allowed |
Here is what is not allowed…

Regulatory requirements / prohibitions |
Various government agencies have imposed strict regulations concerning the waters, marshes, drainage system, lakes and Lagoon within and abutting the development.
All property owners are bound by these agreements. Property owners are responsible for the proper management of storm water systems within their own lot and may be required by the St. Johns River Water Management District (“the district”) to provide storm water swales, or other drainage arrangements. All property owners should consult with the ARB prior to making any changes to their lot elevation as such changes may degrade the quality of the drainage or Lagoon or violate permits. Violators will be fined and/or prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law. |
Violation |
Violations may result in a fine being levied against the offending property owner by the Association. |
