Noise |
All noise shall not be audible beyond the boundaries of the lot or residence from 10:00pm until 7:00am. Noise includes, but not limited to…
Note: At no time shall noise be a nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other property owners. |
Nuisances |
Nothing shall be done or maintained on any property that may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the other residents of nearby property. Any activity on a property, which interferes with television, cable or radio reception at another property is prohibited. The decision of the Board of Directors shall govern whether or not an action is deemed a nuisance. |
Violation |
Violations may result in a fine being levied against the offending property owner by the Association. |
