What is interference?
 Property owners and their tenants of lots abutting the golf course must not…

  • interfere with the normal activities of playing golf.
  • interfere with golf course maintenance (i.e., removal of underbrush or other material interfering with the playing of golf).
  • remove golf balls from golf course.
  • be intolerance of reasonable noise of golf players and carts.
  • allow pets onto the golf course.
Violation
 Violations may result in a fine being levied against the offending property owner by the Association.
