Sale rules

The following rules must be followed prior to and during the estate sale…
- The approved ESR must be displayed in an outside window.
- Traffic control must be maintained throughout the entire event. Two (2) Jacksonville Sheriff’s officers or two (2) competent individuals equipped with two-way radio communication devices are required to manage traffic. The Seller or their agent is responsible for covering the cost of this additional traffic control.
- No items may be placed in or on the yard, back, sides or front.
- All items must be from the household. No one, resident or estate sale co-coordinator or anyone else may bring in other items for sale.
- Applicant must provide printed passes with directions to the estate sale which will be handed out by the Access Control Gate Officer. Passes must be displayed on the vehicle dashboard. These passes must be left with the Property Manager at least five (5) days in advance of the sale. If not enough passes are provided to the Property Manager, additional buyers will not be given access.
- The seller must register all non-resident (guest) vehicle drivers using the cell phone application (mobile app) provided by the Queen’s Harbour Access Control vendor or by dialing 904.664.9544.
- If the general public is invited to the event, the seller must provide Access Control with a telephone number so that the seller or agent may be contacted. If Access Control is unable to reach the seller or agent, no further guests will be admitted.
- “Estate Sale” signs are not permitted.
- Balloons are not allowed to be attached to any part of the exterior of the house or mailbox.
