Note:  All “open play” will use the “Paddle Rack” system, where players will place their paddle on one of two paddle racks in order of placement.  When a court opens, the owner of the next paddle on the rack gets the court.

Time limits
Play is strictly limited to four (4) 30-minute increments (2 hours) per day, per resident.  Multiuse courts 5 and 6 are “open play” courts. If a basketball player enters courts 5 or 6, pickleball players are expected to finish their game and vacate.
Guests
Only residents may invite guests.  See QHRRP 7000-515 (Pickleball and Multiuse Guest Policy).
Attire
Proper pickleball attire is always required.  Only smooth sole tennis shoes may be worn onto the courts.
Cancellations
When a resident reserves a pickleball court on the Court Reserve app, that person must cancel the court 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time if they are not going to use the court. Cancellations must be made on the Court Reserve app.

Failure to not cancel a court reservation will result in the following penalties:

  • 1st offense: Warning
  • 2nd offense: 1 week suspension from reserving courts
  • 3rd offense: 1 month suspension from reserving courts

In the case of inclement weather, you are not required to cancel the court
