Policy
 Areas with major window openings should be oriented to afford privacy while taking advantage of special views, such as ponds, marshes or fairways. Windows should be carefully proportioned and located to enhance both the exterior appearance and interior light quality and views. Windows and doorframes are to have anodized aluminum, vinyl or painted finishes.  See QHRRP 3000-150 (Window Coverings).
What to submit
 Property owners submit these documents to the ARB for approval…

For… submit…
different color and/or material
  1. Architectural Review Application (QHFORM 5000/1).
  2. checks for the review fee, CIF and deposit.  See QHRRP 5000-020 (Schedule of Fees).
  3. pictures of each side of the house that includes all windows to be replaced.
  4. brochure showing material, color and type of windows.
  5. window replacement location map.

Note:  Check with the ARB before starting project to obtain originally approved color and material to ensure the window is same color and material.
