Policy
 Property owners are required to keep gutters and downspouts in a clean, neat appearance and in good repair.   Gutters and replacement of gutters and/or downspouts are permitted subject to ARB approval.
What to submit
 Property owners submit these documents to the ARB for approval…

  1. Architectural Review Application (QHFORM 5000/1).
  2. Checks for the review fee, CIF and deposit.  See QHRRP 5000-020 (Schedule of Fees).
  3. Colors and samples, including manufacturer of gutters.
  4. Picture of location on home where gutters will be installed.
