The Treasurer shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to assure…

  • that all property management services staff responsible for and engaged in procurements authorized by this Policy are knowledgeable about the requirements of this Policy and any procedures adopted by the Association or property management services organization to implement this policy.
  • compliance with this policy.

The Property Manger shall maintain an ongoing program to provide training to staff members engaged in procurement activities, including those staff members who are engaged in placing small purchase transactions. Staff members will attest in writing to the date of their attending the training and their understanding of the requirements.
